  • You must change your temporary password upon first login.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must immediately notify SCPL of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • SCPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the SCPL website and portal services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the website for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or database.

Formal commitments are governed by separate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and contractual agreements executed between the parties.
